These conditions govern the sale of the LITTLEBIGDOLLS products presented on this site. These conditions apply to the exclusion of any other conditions appearing in any other document. They are applicable worldwide. LITTLEBIGDOLLS reserves the right to modify its general conditions of sale. Any new version of the general terms and conditions of sale will be indicated beforehand on the corresponding page of the LITTLEBIGDOLLS site. The products ordered on the littlebigdolls.com website are governed by the general terms and conditions of online sale at the date of the order.

 

 

1. Order and validity of the contract

The contract takes effect from the moment your order is expressly confirmed by us if you choose a payment via Paypal (see Article 5- Payment and security). It takes effect from the moment the ordered goods are shipped if you choose a payment by credit card. If there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, LITTLEBIGDOLLS reserves the right to block your order. You may then contact LITTLEBIGDOLLS’ consumer service department to resolve the dispute concerned and have your new order unblocked.

 

2. Selling price

The prices of our products are indicated in Dollars and in Euros and include all taxes except for the participation in the expenses of treatment and forwarding. All orders are payable in Dollars or Euros. LITTLEBIGDOLLS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices and rates at the time of the order registration, subject to availability. All prices are given subject to obvious typographical error. If an obvious error should occur, LITTLEBIGDOLLS will contact you to inform you of the error made by its services and will remind you that the order will be invoiced at the corrected conditions. However, if the corrected conditions are not accepted, you will be free to cancel the corrected order without penalty.

 

3. Availability

Our products are offered within the limits of available stocks. In the event of out-of-stock items, the product remains available for sale but with a longer delivery time. However, should a product be withdrawn for any reason by the production, LITTLEBIGDOLLS will withdraw the product from sale as soon as possible. This action can in no way give a right of action in your favor.

 

4. Delivery – Transport

4.1 – Delivery

Unless otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, delivery costs are always at your expense. The products are obligatorily delivered to the address that you indicated when you entered the information during the order. This is why we advise you to make sure that the information you may have provided for the delivery of your order is correct.

Delivery is made worldwide. As the shipping costs depend only on the place of delivery of your order, the actual shipping costs are only displayed once you have entered a delivery address.

The delivery is made by a service provider specializing in transport. Attention: a hand delivery of your order is preferred. Your presence on site may therefore be necessary in order to deliver your products normally. The usual average delivery time is between 3 and 14 working days upon receipt of the order. For orders of products out of stock, the delivery time is between 30 and 90 days. If you cannot be present on the day of delivery at the address you have indicated, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. It is up to you then to make the necessary arrangements with the carrier concerned to go and collect your package.

After the waiting period provided by the carrier, your package will be reshipped to us. If you have entered an incorrect address when ordering, the carrier will be unable to make the delivery and the product will be automatically returned to us. In these 2 cases : If you decide to make a new delivery, it is at your expense and must be paid before reshipment by contacting the Consumer Service. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be refunded via the payment method you chose when you placed your order. The average refund period by LITTLEBIGDOLLS is at least 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.

 

4.2 – Transport

You become responsible for the products as soon as you receive them. It is important to check your parcels in the presence of the deliveryman.

 

5. Payment and security

You can pay for your purchases on the internet:

– by international credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard or American Express).

Once your Paypal payment is validated, you complete your order on the website https://littlebigdolls.com. Please note that the debit via Paypal is made upon confirmation of your order by us.

 

5.1 – Online gift cards

Use of online gift cards

Gift cards purchased from the LITTLEBIGDOLLS® Online Store may be used at any time. These gift cards have no expiration date. Unused gift card credit will be added to the available amount in your account, and you can use this credit when you place a future order.

The gift cards, purchased in the LITTLEBIGDOLLS® Online Shop, can only be used for the purchase of items available in the Online Shop accessible at https://littlebigdolls.com. The gift cards are valid only in the country where they were purchased. These cards are not valid in stores or retailer sites.

The payment of the gift cards is secured (by credit card or PayPal) thanks to the form proposed during the purchase of a gift card.

If the total amount of your order exceeds the amount of your gift card, you can pay the difference by choosing one of the proposed secure payments.

To pay for an order, you can use several gift cards. A gift card can be used in different orders if there is credit left. You can also offer a gift card to the person of your choice.

Gift cards are sent by email 24 hours after the order is placed. The buyer can view or print it by clicking on the link in the email. You can check the balance of your gift card in the littlebigdolls.com Online Shop by typing the corresponding code.

No tax is applied to the purchase of a gift card. The tax is applied to the items at the time of purchase.

General

The general terms and conditions of sale and legal information are applied when purchasing or using a gift card from the corresponding website https://littlebigdolls.com.

The purchase of a gift card is valid only if the entire form proposed is fully completed, including the section – Method of payment. Once the order has been validated, the information cannot be changed.

Information concerning the residual amount of your gift card is available on your account.

Restrictions

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The gift cards are only valid in the online store https://littlebigdolls.com specific to each country.

Gift Cards or the balance of the Gift Cards cannot be paid in cash, reloaded, used to pay off a debt and the amount of the Gift Card cannot be transferred to another customer of the Online Shop https://littlebigdolls.com.

The value of a gift card is between 5€ and 150€.

Liability and loss

LITTLEBIGDOLLS is not responsible for typing errors in the recipient’s e-mail address on the gift card purchase form. In addition, LITTLEBIGDOLLS is not responsible for the loss, theft, misuse or delay in delivery (e.g. caused by technical problems) of the gift cards.

Fraud

In case of fraud, deception or illegal use of the LITTLEBIGDOLLS gift card, LITTLEBIGDOLLS ® reserves the right to close the customer account and/or request alternative payment. Access to or reimbursement of the gift card concerned cannot be legally claimed.

 

6. Right of withdrawal and right of return

In accordance with the provisions of the consumer code, you have the right to return your order within 7 days of receipt. You can thus obtain the right to return a product that does not suit you. The shipping costs related to your initial order will not be refunded. In order to facilitate the management of your return, for a better service and before any return, we ask you to send us a return request including the reason for return and the references concerned within 7 days to our consumer service by Mail (client@littlebigdolls.com).

 

7. Procedure for returning a product

To exercise your right of return, you must first contact the Consumer Service indicating the reason for the return. If the return is due to an error by LITTLEBIGDOLLS, or a non-conformity of the product, you must organize the shipment of your order by the service provider of your choice. You then have 30 days to return the product to us. The price of the product(s) ordered and returned will be refunded to you. The shipping costs for the return of the goods will remain at your expense. The product(s) must imperatively be returned to LITTLEBIGDOLLS in a condition suitable for resale, i.e. in compliance with the return conditions set out below:

in its exact original condition.

inside its packaging, which must be intact.

with all the accessories that were enclosed.

in perfect condition.

bearing no trace of use.

⚠ Incomplete, damaged, soiled or deteriorated articles by the customer will not be taken back.

9. Guarantees

9.1 – You must check the products upon delivery

If the products delivered: quality, quantity and conformity of the goods, do not correspond to your order, we invite you to contact the support at the email address contact[a]ittlebigdolls.com and give us all the information related to your order.

9.2 – The product must only be used for uses corresponding to the decorative nature of the product. In case of contrary use or misuse, no guarantee will be due. LITTLEBIGDOLLS cannot be held responsible for any damage or accidents caused by the products distributed.

 

10. Products

Animated by the permanent concern to offer you a product of quality, we reserve the right to make evolve the characteristics of our products in order to always bring you the best service.

 

11. Responsibility

The products offered by LITTLEBIGDOLLS are not considered as toys and do not require CE marking to be distributed in the European zone. LITTLEBIGDOLLS will not be held responsible for the non-fulfilment of the contract concluded in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption and in particular of the means of transport and/or communications, in the event of flood or fire. LITTLEBIGDOLLS disclaims all liability in the event that the content of these sites contravenes the legal and regulatory provisions in force.
